Tottington's Big Day Out

Tottington’s Big Day Out is an annual charity music festival in the village of Tottington, near Bury, Lancashire. The event raises much-needed funds for the local cricket club (St John’s, Tottington) and St Annes’ Church, Tottington. It regularly attracts over 4000 visitors who enjoy an afternoon of live music, stalls and activities.

The website is relaunched every year, several months before the event and is first used to advertise the event in order to attract bands, businesses and organisations who would like to offer their services or run a stall or activity, or those businesses or individuals who would like to sponsor the event. Later, the website is used to advertise the event to the general public, which by that time includes details of the bands and artists who are appearing, as well as stalls, activities and sponsors.
